About Dylan Black

I\'m Dylan Black, a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at Princeton University\'s Industrial Relations Section. I recently graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in History and Economics and minors in Data Science and Math.My work bridges economics, data, and history, with interests in labor economics, economic history, and the economics of education. At Northeastern, I conducted research on microfinance in India, political leadership and health outcomes, and other causal inference projects under Professor Bilge Erten.Outside of academic research, I’ve worked in data science and market research roles, from building a comprehensive DisabilityTech database at Perkins School for the Blind to forecasting retail analytics at TJX Companies.I’m passionate about using quantitative methods to uncover historical and economic insights—and about making data-driven research accessible.Outside of work, you can find me unicycling, reading, or dancing West Coast Swing.Let\'s connect!
