I’m a beauty retail and service industry leader with a passion for building strong teams, developing great leaders, and delivering exceptional client experiences. My career began at Ulta Beauty, where I spent nine years growing through multiple leadership roles and developing a strong foundation in retail operations, merchandising, and team development. That experience sparked my long-term passion for the beauty and service industries.I later moved on with Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, overseeing all 15 locations across Maryland, Virginia, and Massachusetts. In that role, I focused on rebuilding the region post COVID through driving performance, supporting shop leaders, and building strong team cultures that balanced operational excellence with a great client experience.Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with the Danver group at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa supporting spa operations in Maryland. It was a privilege to partner with such a passionate organization and see firsthand the impact of a strong franchise community.I’m now excited to return to beauty retail with Bluemercury, supporting teams across Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Bluemercury’s focus on expertise, service, and personalized beauty experiences is something I’m proud to be part of.At the core of my leadership style is a simple belief: when you invest in people, great results follow.
