In the pre-construction department as an estimating manager I have worked on projects in the Healthcare, K-12 & Higher Education, Commercial Real Estate and Life Science sectors. • Manage and allocate resources for the estimating department at a regional level. • Train and develop project staff to optimally leverage best practices for processes and software. • Track and manage project budget • Manage and maintain all documentation/deliverables, presenting them to project owner in an organized manner. • Lead cluster group meetings coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to achieve holistic consensus and drive towards milestone deliverables as well as decisions. • Develop strategy for and execution of project procurement including generation of scope of work documents, insurance exhibits, and subcontract award.
