As an extremely versatile, meticulous and results driven Project Manager & Project Engineer, I have gained vast end-to-end management experience during a successful career in the civil engineering sector.I have proactively led all project engineering activities with precision planning and prioritisation of work streams, creative scope definition and efficient resource coordination to achieve all project deliverables, milestones and deadlines, within budget and quality constraints.I am effective working within team environments and continually share knowledge, lessons learned and best practice with colleagues in project engineering management, risk assessments and health & safety within challenging environments.My combination of financial and business acumen has contributed to the management of multi-million value budgets and ability to provide comprehensive financial reports. I have a keen eye for detail to assess contracts and tenders, with experience in procurement for NEC3: ECC contracts.
