Hello, We\'re Doki. Healthy snacking is tough, but we\'re on a mission to make it a whole lot easier and tastier. We\'re the only Indian brand that is making Jerky - a dried and spiced meat snack. Although meat snacks are new to India, Jerky is very popular abroad especially in the United States. Ex-pats and Indian\'s who\'ve travelled abroad would be delighted to have this available in India. Considering India\'s huge non-vegetarian market, the product has immense potential to be big. These snacks are made from lean cuts of meat and thus have high protein quantities and very low-calorie counts. We have the best protein-calorie ratio of any snack in the Indian Market right now. We specialise in Korean and Japanese flavours such as Teriyaki and Gochujang and also have an Indian flavour, Kerala Fry. At Doki, we believe business has to be about more than maximising shareholder wealth and we work towards achieving certain social goals even where that means compromising on our financial success- Cruelty-Free Supply Chains- We pay a premium to farms raising their livestock free-range and antibiotic residue free so that the animals that nourish us get to live a happy life- Carbon Neutrality-Yes, producing meat is more carbon-intensive than producing the equivalent amount of nutrition via plant-based foods. However, at Doki we’ve accounted for the excess carbon released into the atmosphere when producing meat and we set aside 2% of our revenues to offset the extra-carbon that is produced.
