About Dyan Decker

I am a PwC Deals partner with over 25 years of deals and forensics experience with particular specialization in data analysis and technology-enabled solutions. I help our clients to unlock deal value and to navigate unplanned events, advising multi-national organizations on investigative and regulatory matters. I previously served as the U.S. Forensics Leader of PwC and a member of the U.S. Extended Leadership Team and Advisory Leadership Group. Under my leadership, I’m proud to say that our Forensics team was named Global Investigations Consultancy of the Year (Global Investigations Review (GIR)); a leader in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (Forrester); Vanguard Leader for Disputes and Litigation Consulting and for Reputation Risk & Crisis Management (ALM Intelligence), and has been recognized by IDC MarketScape as a global leader for eDiscovery services. Prior, I was PwC\'s Forensic Technology Leader from 20••••17, overseeing the tremendous growth of our practice globally and in the U.S.I have testified as a fact witness on behalf of the prosecution in two high-profile criminal matters: the criminal trial of the lead defendant in a multibillion dollar Ponzi scheme which aided in the eventual prosecution of the defendant; and in the criminal trial of three former heads of South America soccer federations, two of which were convicted for racketeering conspiracy and related crimes by a federal jury in Brooklyn. I have worked in Los Angeles, New York, and now Denver, and am on the advisory boards of the Easton Center for Technology Management and the Center for Entertainment, Media and Sports at the Anderson School for UCLA. I’ve enjoyed speaking at a wide variety of conferences and events, both to discuss my experiences in deals and investigations and to share perspectives around a personal passion of mine - diversity and inclusion and the advancement of women in technology.
