I partner closely with leaders to design scalable, modern hiring systems increasingly centered on AI-driven tools, data, and global best practices.My path into recruiting began in the classroom, where I spent two years teaching 1st grade English Language Learners. That experience shaped my belief in potential, belonging, and equitable access, values that have guided my work ever since. I went on to scale early career/university recruitment at Teach For America and later supported high-growth, VC-backed SaaS startups at HigherPeople, specializing in building talent and people programs that could scale from 0 to 1.My lived experiences fuel my work as a fierce advocate for inclusive, human-centered hiring. I’m passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams and creating recruiting processes that are both operationally strong and deeply grounded in candidate experience.
