Regulatory Compliance- Review HTC and AHDP developments for compliance with Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and related affordable housing regulations- Conduct on-site monitoring inspections and assess financial and operational stability to maintain program integrity.Data Analysis and Reporting- Collect, process, and analyze occupancy, financial, and certification reports, ensuring timely resolution of deficiencies- Develop detailed compliance monitoring reports to support decision-making and planning.Policy Development- Assist in the preparation and revision of policies and procedures governing HTC and AHDP programs, including compliance plans, manuals, and updates.Tenant and Project Oversight- Interpret federal and state regulations concerning tenant eligibility and property management- Provide technical assistance to property owners and managers to ensure adherence to loan agreements and program rules.
