ERP initiatives shape how an organization operates, scales, and manages risk, and my role is to help leaders make informed, practical decisions that balance near-term priorities with long-term flexibility and value.I partner with organizations across Construction, Mining, Retail & Manufacturing to modernize SAP landscapes, reduce execution and post-go-live risk, and establish operating models that support the business beyond go-live.My approach is consultative and direct.
