The Head of Learning, Development & Capability is a Senior Management Team (SMT) role responsible for leading the L&D and capability strategy, as well as designing and driving the academy for both technical and sales skills that drive an internal career progression path for all Claranet employees in UK and India. • Lead learning and development priorities and initiatives through the L&D, HR and People team and Claranet aimed at making the company an even greater place to work • Design L&D strategy and plans aligned to the capabilities required to successfully drive key business objectives • Develop a companywide Learning, Development and Capability strategy designed and tailored to each functional area to drive employee satisfaction, development and positive eNPS • Increase employee skills, knowledge, and experience through L&D initiatives • Ensure appropriate advice on L&D strategies to increase employee skills, knowledge and experience • Monitor and evaluate training programmes effectiveness, agree success factors and KPI’s and report on them • Design and build our future academy model based on technical and sales requirements to drive and develop the future talent pool • Develop and implement a technical performance framework, enabling technical teams in all business units to evidence both efficiency & quality of work • Full project life cycle ownership of the India offshore facility: successful project delivery working closely with the HRD will include full implementation of the operational facility through to onboarding the technical staff for the UK and Group countries • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, & issues, communicating effectively with HRD, project team and key stakeholders • Support partnership alliance teams in maintaining and growing partner competencies and completing partner audits • Delivery of global training & enablement programmes aligned with partner Strategic Collaboration Agreements
