   Responsible for the service delivery and operations life cycle required to support the needs of all web platforms for Development, Marketing and PHSS business units-Manages critical web services including Akamai, CyberSource, Google Appliances, and Google Analytics-Function as the managed services expert accountable for selecting and managing the relationship with key service providers to gain a strong practical and working knowledge of their capabilities-Research, define scope, plan, and prepare recommendations that integrate new technology into existing infrastructure as a technical integration leader. Utilize broad based technical skills to create integration strategies from legacy systems through cutting edge technologies in order to deliver end-to-end technology solutions-Evaluate current services and identify areas to improve standards, simplify, and enhance functionality and/or transition to alternative providers to improve supportability and time to market-Provide leadership for load/performance testing, business continuity and disaster recovery programs -Responsible for the web platform content and data management life cycle, including the capability to support and manage multiple code stream developments on s single platform, in support of the internal business partners-Develop a multi generation strategic roadmap, technology forecast, operational & financial plans to support high availability and scalable web platform-Makes technology decisions related to metrics definition, web analytics and reporting for managed web platforms -Ensure readiness for change across the business through effective change management programs that will result in the early adoption of new solutions and business processes as well as incorporating lessons learned into future projects-Provide leadership to continuously improve service delivery, operational stability, capacity planning and with the highest quality standards and best practices.
