I am an experienced construction claims and disputes professional with over seven years of specialized experience in this field. My expertise lies in managing and assisting in the analysis of schedule delays, disruptions, and the calculation of construction damages on a wide range of projects, including infrastructure, industrial, and mining projects in the U.S. and Australia. I am proficient in utilizing Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and project management purposes.I have successfully executed research and analysis for schedule, damage, and issue-related disputes on construction projects, demonstrating my skills in claim and dispute resolution. I have provided support throughout the project lifecycle, helping stakeholders identify delays and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. I have also performed damage and disruption analysis, quantifying costs associated with damages, assessing productivity and labor inefficiencies, evaluating change orders, and assisting in the preparation of expert reports and other client communications.I have also actively managed costs for large-scale Oil & Gas capital projects at a refinery plant, valued at approximately 100MM dollars.
