About Shivam Dwivedi
Dear Friend, First of all, thank you for reaching out. I am from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Currently, I am researching under the guidance of Professor Ravi Kumar N V, Head of the Department of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering. I will be doing my research in the Laboratory of High Performances Ceramics, MME, IIT Madras. My area of research is \'Development and characterization of novel ceramics for 5G application\'. As we are entering a new generation of communications i.e, 5G. 5G is the basis for virtual reality and the Internet of things. To inculcate the requirements of 5G we are using MM waves. As bandwidth increases its antenna size decrease. But its frequency is also increasing hence wavelength decreases and this wave is not able to transmit from small hurdles so we need more densification of a base station. Some proposed materials are CNT, graphene, etc but the antenna should also be thermal stable so now we want to investigate the properties of oxide magnetic materials. Thank you for your time.
