Most recently I led Business Development for Energy Retail for AWS globally. This involved working across the digital and customer experience value chain with retailers, including sales and service, digital engagement, customer experience, products and propositions, and the retail / wholesale interface. Extensive consultancy experience from Accenture, Baringa and LHH, and start up experience as a C-suite for a fast-growth, high revenue, technology enabled retail business (energy supply, EV, solar). I am also interested and engaged in the field of immersive experience design and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the World Experience Organisation (Emerging Talent member).
