APPROACH 30 years of technology experience and 15 years of management experience focused in Public Safety technology, technical sales, product implementation and validation testing, project management & onsite implementation my proven reputation is to deliver customer satisfaction while building highly dynamic & successful teams. I’ve led technical design, engineering, programming & implementation team that built a $500k demo system that was vital in achieving a multi-million-dollar contract. With an abundance of inclusive public safety experience, I’m clever at crafting to technology roadmap in collaboration with executive management, setting priorities & direction for 9-1-1 technology projects, providing strategic direction & technical guidance to support 9-1-1 solutions. I’m honored to have attained credentials while successfully leading the NYC onsite implementation team for the largest 9-1-1 system in the United States along with a “skunk-works” team on new and innovative solutions for resolution of Public Safety issues.
