I like to translate our needs into products. Using modern technologies making our lives easy is my primary goal. To accomplish this, I focus on collecting customer insights, building products, learning and iterating. I love working in teams. Great people and teams top up my energy store. By leading many areas of product development and being integral part of any team, I maximize the value of the products. This includes defining goals, creating vision, communicating with stakeholders across the board. That requires me diving in deep well in market knowledge to strategizing and also to present vision to stakeholders. I make sure that goals are clear, vision is aligned with business objectives. Having a developer background sometimes I also roll up my sleeves to help the team meet their goals. I am a planner and cataloger in my day today life. Creating product roadmap, planning for execution, Creating and prioritizing backlog items based on overall strategy and business objectives are my expertise. My favourite role is being part of actual development of the product. Being open minded I improve not just me but team and processes after each iteration. I meet the team to refine the process, identify areas of improvement and support the sprint. I consider myself accountable for each state of development process and the final product. These four words describe my personality: optimism, generosity, creativity, and open-mindedness. I like to play the “What if.” game with a positive spin. These qualities make me a natural performer.
