I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life—that’s my “why” and the driving force behind everything I do. I truly believe it takes a village to create lasting impact, and I strive to be part of that village wherever I go—whether in the workplace or the community.With experience spanning IT staffing, healthcare, and the food & beverage industries, I bring a unique perspective to talent strategy, learning and development, community relations, and organizational branding. I’ve built diverse talent pipelines, launched internship programs that doubled applicant interest, and facilitated leadership development sessions across the U.S. and Canada—all rooted in inclusion, growth, and purpose.I’ve led enterprise-wide DEI initiatives, rebuilt internship programs, and partnered cross-functionally to enhance employee engagement, hiring outcomes, and development experiences.
