   Sr. Production Engineering Operations with field responsibilities located in the Permian Basin CO2 Business Unit, Northern Asset Area. I have been responsible for wells, sour producers and water/CO2 injectors, spread over various units/fields. This required well surveillance techniques developed using multiple tools. Fulfillment of this requires not only well surveillance but also knowledge of the impact the wellbores or work has on the surrounding population, safety along with regulatory requirements. My job requires close working relationships with health regulatory, land department, land owners, production operation personnel, and field completion personnel. Charged with developing well enhancement opportunities using fracturing, acidizing, conformance, scaling, and artificial lift work to keep production decline within historical expectations. Monitor and adjust injection of water and or CO2 to help maintain expected results from the enhanced flooding techniques utilized. These operations on an annual basis include 6 fracture, 10+ conformance, 100+ acid/scale/paraffin type treatments as well as numerous artificial lift jobs to maximize lift while minimizing FAPs. I helped develop projects for new drilling opportunities to increase production within units and fields, drilling project for +16 new wells in the fields that I am responsible for. Familiar with OFM, PEEP, and LOWIS engineering programs to monitor wells in assigned area.Another main charge for me is to mentor young engineering and professional staff, transfer knowledge and experience as well as serving as a technology conduit for acidizing, completions, fracturing, and conformance within the Oxy Permian business unit mainly but also with other business units in South Texas and Kansas.
