As an effective Programme, Project, and Agile Delivery Manager, Team Manager, and Organisational/Operations/Change Manager, I thrive on challenges both varied and far-reaching. Operating in project delivery more recently has taken me back to historical project management and delivery functions, of which I thoroughly enjoy the engagement with stakeholders, people, and business driven targets.Achieving the best outcomes for my client, my peers, and my family drives me to deliver the highest results in every task I undertake. I have an intrinsic need to manage or work with successful people and assist them to become successful professionally while achieving their own ambitions.
