Dwight is a Partner and Head of PMO at Kognitiv, Inc. He is also a leader of the Learning & Development and Operational Efficiency functions. Dwight has 13 years of experience as a Workday professional in a number of capacities. In his current role leading Kognitiv’s PMO & Operational Efficiency team, Dwight oversees a vast portfolio of Workday engagements while also directly managing a number of Workday projects. Additionally, his team designs processes and tooling for the improvement of both internal processes and client-facing services, including scoping, delivery assurance, and portfolio management.
