Lead engineer for Desktop, Thin Clients and RPOS (Retail Point of Sales), supporting all aspects from New Product Introduction to End of Life. Developed special processes for configuring Desktop, Workstation, RPOS and Thin Client system boards. Lead engineer supporting ISS Memory, CPUs, PODs (Performance Optimized Data Centers) and RackMount displays from New Product Introduction to End of Life. Setup new suppliers to support service spares. Work with suppliers to setup test processes to test field returns and monitor test data to look for issues or trends.
