One of the leading directors of Digital Sales, Product and Marketing across all local assets for this incredibly diverse radio, television and digital media company. • After four years with the company was promoted 3 times to now overseeing the sales and marketing for the Urban One\'s, R1 Digital division, which includes 15 major radio and digital markets plus the syndicated Reach digital network. • Developed go-to-market sales and operations strategy that repositioned the local digital division as full-service marketing agency for thousands of SMB advertisers. Included mobile-first product portfolio featuring new app development, geo-fencing and targeting capabilities that complemented organically growing display inventory in each market.
