Maintenance Manager Professional with over 14 years of experience supporting work facilities to the highest standard through on-going preventative maintenance and general repair functions. At Lifestyle Communities, I help oversee maintenance activities in over 1200 units and general areas around the property. I am constantly building and maintaining relationships with vendors and keeping a communication flow with each required resource to ensure jobs are complete in a timely and efficient manner. The best part of my job is being able to make our residents feel like a priority, the comfort and relief the residents display after a work order is completed is pure satisfaction. This also includes making sure units are fulfilling expectation of our new residents upon move-in. Before Lifestyle Communities, I had the opportunity to work in the hospitality industry as a Maintenance Technician with Sheraton Hotel and Resorts.
