The William T. Grant Foundation is a national funder of high-quality research on children and youth in the United States focusing on: 1) programs, policies, and practices that reduce inequality in youth outcomes; and 2) strategies to improve the use of research evidence in policies and practices that affect youth. Ourfunding spans various social science disciplines and across child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health,employment, youth programs, and education.As the Director, Grantmaking Operations, I supervise the Grants Administrators to foster greater coordination, efficiency, and effectiveness of grants administration and work processes; am responsible for leading the design and optimization of the grants management system; and coordinate with the Senior Program Team and other Foundation departments to ensure that grant operations and systems are efficient and effective in supporting the strategic goals of the Foundation.
