Information Technology has many field variations. IT always is and, will be growing. I\'ve had many looks in Front End Networking/Customer Support (Software/Hardware & Peripherals) which has allowed me to build a strong rapport with my peers and build/maintain customer relations. As a Desktop Specialist I have learned a lot from being in the “trenches”. I’ve worked in teams of 5 – 20 and also supervised teams 5 – 20. I have been a key component to several large scale new software/hardware rollouts for usersDeskside & Remote including computer/computer peripherals combining maintenance and support for close to 200 end users. I have a developed knowledge in a variety of Application Support ranges from Smart phone apps (Android, Blackberry, iPhone), to every day Desktop applications (MS Office, VM ware, Vid Confrencing) etc.) as well as a large range of Legal IT applications (Deltaview/workshare, iManage/Worksite, Summation etc.)and Incorporated IT Training including training documentation and Seminars for end users.The \"Back End\" of Network Support includes physical server setup, server App. support & Network security as well as data backup/redundancy with Maintenance scheduling when necessary. After climbing up the ranks of various positions, I also have advanced in IT Sales/account managing as a part of a Western Territory Team. building and maintaining rapport with SMB Resellers, VAR account managing and and assisting with Gov/Ed bids. My passion for Networking on all levels has enabled me to grow strong relationships on both, business and personal levels has proven me a wanted commodity in my field.
