Responsible for driving profitable growth across a multi-site concessions portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance and sustainable contract development. • Lead the strategic development of the concessions division in line with commercial and growth objectives• Own operational delivery across existing contracts, maintaining high standards of service, compliance and client satisfaction• Drive financial performance, including forecasting, P&L management and margin optimisation• Build and maintain strong senior client relationships, delivering value-added solutions and long-term partnerships• Support business development activity through site visits, bid input, sales presentations and the creation of operationally sound commercial models• Implement and monitor performance metrics to improve efficiency, consistency and results• Lead, develop and performance-manage a high-performing senior operations team, including GMs and divisional culinary leadership where required• Promote a culture of high performance, engagement and continuous improvement across the division
