ABOUT DWAYNE GORDON
For the last 15 years, I have been leading successful teams to meet and exceed performance goals. In my life experience, I have crossed paths with many great leaders, Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick being most notable. What I learned is that without setting a standard of behavior and accountability, no goal(s) can be met. Once that is established, your team is now set to perform. I consider myself a \"players coach\", eliminating the drudgery of the job, creating a high energy atmosphere. My career path post-NFL has been fitness. I am passionate about our ability as Personal Trainers and leaders in our field to positively change peoples lives. My passion for sports and fitness has led me to invest in a Spa/Wellness Center called BalanceDiet© in the Buckhead section of Atlanta, Ga.
