This class builds on three units of analysis of organizational communication: individual (1), Business and group (2), and societal (3). Students will learn current theories of business communication and explore how those theories can be applied in practice in order to build effective relationships within the context of organizations. Students will learn listening techniques. Enhance students’ capability to understand organizations’ responsibility for value, knowledge and meaning. This will also be done through a variety of guest speakers.
