Accomplishments: Implemented a Quality Management System including SQF, HACCP, and ISO. Interface between the Customer and Plant to resolve quality concerns and continuous improvement. Experience with customer portals such as FSP (Ford Supplier Portal), Trace Gains Completed and submitted PPAP’s (Production Part Approval Process). Lead 3 plant safety Kaizens that yielded Take 5, Knife permits, and Halo Lights that have contributed to days without incident or recordable. Lead the plant in successful qualifications in SQF (Safe Quality Foods), ISO, customer defined quality system audits, and Board of Health audits. Improved Customer defect rate by 50%. Initiated the Adopt a Customer Program.
