High level project management, overseeing the seamless integration and coordination of artwork across the Obama Presidential Center campus. I develop comprehensive plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure effective communication and deliverables for both commissioned and non-commissioned pieces. In my role, I work closely with various teams and stakeholders including legal, design, construction, experience design, collections & exhibitions, maintenance, security, communications, and development, to guarantee the timely execution, integration, promotion, and maintenance of artworks. Additionally, I collaborate closely with programming and event staff to enhance visitor experience through art integration and align with thematic concepts. My responsibilities also include grant writing, fundraising, and maintaining strong donor relationships for art-related initiatives.
