As Head of Product at CXT Software, I’m leading our transformation from a legacy TMS into an Autonomous, AI-powered logistics platform that intelligently orchestrates the flow of people, parcels, and data.I have over a decade of experience across defense tech, gaming, and cloud services; combining software engineering, data science, and product strategy to solve complex challenges in enterprise SaaS. My current work focuses on event-driven architectures, graph data modeling, computer vision, and predictive intelligence that powers the next generation of logistics technology.Over the past year, I’ve built the strategic product foundation by integrating Productboard, JIRA, Pendo, Confluence, and AI-driven automation, positioning our team for rapid scalability.    CXT Software is on a mission to transform its 25-year-old Transportation Management System (TMS) into the intelligence layer for regulated last-mile logistics. We are building an AI-native platform that automates decisions, proves chain of custody with verifiable evidence, and prevents loss with predictive insights, giving mid-market couriers the AI and optimization capabilities of tech giants like Amazon, Uber, and Tesla.As Head of Product, I am responsible for leading the company\'s transformation from a traditional TMS provider into an AI-native Transportation Intelligence Platform. This involves defining the product vision, authoring the long-term technology and go-to-market strategy, and spearheading all product management, user experience (UX), and data science initiatives. I lead a cross-functional organization of Product, UX, and AI/ML experts, collaborating closely with Engineering to deliver an autonomous, intelligent logistics platform that powers continuous growth for our customers.
