ABOUT DWAIN KINDELBERGER
My humble beginnings started as a fitness mentor to friends and family when I was a high school student and competitive teenage bodybuilder growing up in Western Pa. However my love for fitness started as a young boy training for BMX and Moto-Cross Racing. I was very fortunate to have parents that recognized the value of eating healthy and exercising. By the age of 21 I had won numerous prestigious bodybuilding titles on the East Coast. And decided to venture West to train at “Mecca of Bodybuilding” in sunny Southern California. It was shortly after this move that people started approaching me to help them shed fat and look their best while improving overall health and wellbeing. Hence the new beginnings of my career as a PROFESSIONAL Personal Fitness Trainer & Life Coach at the Gold\'s Gym in Venice, California.(PROFESSIONAL meaning I actually got paid real money for my services). LOL In 1991 my beautiful wife and I moved to the Land of Enchantment to escape the hustle and bustle of life in Los Angeles. However we found that most people in New Mexico had no idea what a Personal Trainer was at that time. Little did we know that the sport that we came love would one day end up the multi-billion dollar fitness industry that motivates everyone from children to seniors to live a healthier lifestyle! Now after more than 30 years of inspiring, motivating, educating and coaching amazing people from all walks of life; I am truly blessed to be recognized as one of the industry\'s most successful personal fitness professionals and life coaches. I am also blessed to spend my days inspiring many to live the \"Dynamic Fitness Lifestyle\"TM with the help of my wife Doris and our son Nikko. We are known in the fitness industry as TEAM DB!
