The Agency provides personal insurance (auto, home, umbrella) exclusively to members of the education community. We offer a wide range of life insurance and annuity products to serve our customers. The Agency now offers insurance products that allows us to serve non-educators in the community. has a very competitive product.Expanding Meemic operations into Wisconsin and Illinois. The project encompassed market and demographic research, agency modeling, cash flow development, recruiting, on boarding training and development. In addition, a marketing and branding campaign was developed and implemented to ready the markets.This was truly an entrepreneurial undertaking. I stepped down from a leadership role to become the first agency owner in the expansion state of Illinois. I chose this venture as part of a 5 year plan to build a self supporting business that would provide a legacy for my children. After 4 years I have the right people, processes and structure built and I am reading to concentrate on my own career again. I have removed myself from active engagement in the operation.
