Report to leadership on all matters related to the Team-Prepare for and attend monthly Team Lead meetings with BC leadership; preparation of Team Lead report required-Assist BC leadership in managing and maintaining overall Team morale, workload/work backlog targets, and utilization-Assist BC leadership with financial KPI’s of the Team including WIP (Work in Progress), AR (Accounts Receivable) and Earned Value Analysis (EVA) targets and aiding Project Managers in managing provisions-Assist BC leadership with Business Development priorities and pursuits of the Team; assisting and reviewing proposals prepared by the Team, including an understanding of Team Gross Margin targets-Understanding of and addressing staffing levels, needs and requirements within the Team (ie. people, equipment, workspace, supplies, etc.)-Review and facilitate Team career development and performance reviews-Assist BC leadership with maintaining and expanding service offering including coordinating with similar disciplines within other offices for work opportunities or sharing of expertise-Assist BC leadership with reviewing and approving weekly timecards and expense claims submitted by the Team-Assist BC leadership in developing the Team’s health and safety culture and practices to align with Stantec values
