Designed Dashboards for infrastructure teams to provide insights and pattern on data to address incidents & change tickets, RCA’s. Dashboards for infrastructure operation teams were instrumental in drilling down and do deep dive of high priority incidents. Monitored Change tickets, Decom activities, PMATS for timely closure. Sourced data for daily leadership standup call. More than 90% of unsuccessful changes were reviewed and corrected. Contributed to resource planning/reconciliation/Projection/redeployment/cascade activities. Prepared/ delivered daily outage report to leadership team Significant Achievements: Significant improvements were made in the incidents. Defer tickets % reduced from 95% to 75% tickets not modified Reduced from 40% to 15% WIP tickets reduced by 50% CRS (Closure & approvals time by 50%) Problem areas (95% Action items have been addressed before expiry, Reduced RCA action item volumes by 50%, Delivered RCA’s for 90% of incidents within SLA time frame). Created Dashboards Met SLA objectives.
