I am a strategic advisor helping leaders in the automotive and mobility sector navigate their most complex transformation challenges. My work focuses on corporate and supply chain strategy, value chain resilience, and ecosystem reconfiguration — partnering closely with COOs, CPOs, and senior supply chain leaders at global OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and adjacent industrial players.Over the years, I’ve seen the automotive industry face multiple waves of disruption — but none as profound as today’s. While it’s easy to be pessimistic and doomsaying is en vogue, I am a paranoid optimist and believe this is not the time for resignation. It’s a time for reinvention.
