The company develops industry leading SaaS tools that validate + cleanse contact databases and helps businesses thrive by reducing costs, preventing fraud, improving marketing, confirming leads, and obtaining customers-Responsibilities- Serve as the head of the IT department, supervising IT staff, and directing all IT projects- Oversee technology stack: XCP-ng + Windows and Linux operating systems, 4 datacenters, 30 physical hosts, 200 VMs, 50 workstations, AWS & DigitalOcean environments, CRM & ERP platforms, communication, collaboration, and productivity software, backup systems, PBX server, webhosts, M365 environment- Maintain technology infrastructure with uptime at five private cloud locations by managing infrastructure monitoring tools and implementing redundancy within each datacenter and across each colocation- Document technology stack and company workflows. Create and maintain a SharePoint site to use as an internal website, file repository, knowledge base, and wiki for employees- Secure the SaaS systems and network by managing infrastructure monitors, applying industry standard controls, writing and implementing information security policies, performing security awareness training, and maintaining SOC 2 compliance- Maintain vendor relationships to procure hardware and software licensing as needed- Manage and report on department KPIs and manage IT projects- Research, recommend, integrate, and implement new technology solutions to improve processes.
