I have 12yrs+ of global finance and product strategy experience, across software, fintech, and logistics/supply chain sectors, from early seed stage startups to F100 companies. I\'m currently a group product manager at Microsoft, focusing on product-led growth, customer success, and compete initiatives for the M365 suite. Specifically, I report to the GM of a 100-person PM org that owns global customer support delivery and internal tooling. I work directly with engineers / data scientists / PMs. I lead financial/capacity planning, KPI target setting/tracking, ROI investment modeling, GTM business case and strategy. In the past, I\'ve worked in corporate finance on earnings and street guidance at Microsoft, sales controllership in Singapore, investment banking in Hong Kong, product at USAFacts.org (20M+ visitors today), and MVP GTM at a series-A fintech startup in Hong Kong. In 2017, David launched an angel syndicate in HK/SG and facilitated $1M USD investments in SEA startups. David holds a BA in Environmental Economics and Policy from UC Berkeley, and MBA from INSEAD.
