ABOUT DAVID GLAZER
I work with organizations on how they evolve work, decision-making, and human capability as intelligent systems become part of everyday life.My primary focus is modern work and the future of work, how AI, automation, and emerging technologies reshape workflows, judgment, and operating models in complex environments. Rather than treating AI as a standalone initiative, I focus on how it shows up in real work: how people use it, how responsibility and authority shift, and how organizations sustain productivity, clarity, and trust as systems scale.I currently lead organization-wide modern work and AI enablement within a large professional services firm, with responsibility for adoption, change, and long-term value creation across business and technical teams.Alongside this, I advise Wellwave, a digital therapeutics and human-performance company operating across healthcare and other demanding professional contexts. This work allows me to engage directly with how technology supports focus, readiness, learning, and confidence and how AI-enabled systems can enhance human judgment and performance.A core part of my approach is scenario-based foresight and design fiction used as an analytical method. Through industry-specific “day in the life” scenarios, often looking out to 2040, I help leadership teams explore what better ways of working could look like, surface second-order effects, and make more deliberate choices about how work, technology, and organizations evolve together. I also bring this work to broader audiences as a keynote speaker, using applied futures thinking to help leaders build shared understanding and momentum around long-term change.Previously, I served as VP of Data & AI at Kroll, led foresight and strategy research for CIOs at Info-Tech Research Group, and supported public-sector decision-making across the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario. I also contribute to applied foresight and emerging-technology research through the Engineering Research Visioning Alliance, translating early signals into practical insight.
