About Duysal Aşkun Çelik

Having a strong background in psychology, business, management, psych-education, research, training & consulting area concerning personal development, awareness, consciousness, leadership, human resources management and organizational behavior, I’ve been running my own consulting company for many years. During my entrepreneurship practice I have conducted tailor-made training and consulting programs for several multi-national clients.In addition to entrepreneurship, as a university professor, I have consistently improved student performance and evolved establishment of institutional improvements. Focused on achieving all academic performance objectives, I actively enhance research strategies and execute short-term and long-term growth plans. I have a strong background managing research and performing quality project assessments. I consistently work to forge integral relationships with key academic leaders and faculty-researchers to develop a culture focused on accountability and efficiency. As a professor, I spearhead student learning optimization and outline teaching framework for a variety of competencies including psychology and organizational behavior.
