I work closely across company and partner stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and key milestones, from project inception through delivery.• I collaborate with program teams and external partners to actively manage and monitor the progress of multiple research projects with deliverables such as participant recruitment, participant communication materials, delivery of testing materials and other project logistics, report drafts, and data files.• I develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of research and validation studies, including the implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.• I communicate project status, in a clear manner, to business leadership regarding schedules, risks, budget and resources.• I anticipate problems and complications and formulate mitigation solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project. Provide strategies to reduce technical and logistical risks. Identify root causes of issues to prevent in future projects.• I work closely with Sleep Science, Product, and Data Science teams to scope, plan, assign, monitor, and manage the necessary timelines and deliverables for each project.• I prevent delays from project timelines and develop contingency plans to quickly and efficiently adapt to challenges that may arise.• I create project plans to ensure timely initiation and completion of activities.• I generate weekly status reports for all on-going activities and provide project timelines and updates for leadership teams.• I obtain cost estimates and Statements of Work (SOW) for individual studies and schedule studies to meet and adhere to program deadlines.
