She brings in a unique blend of Corporate and Academia and has achieved excellence in diverse streams, where she has been the Training Head of a Manufacturing conglomerate in India, led programs for IT, FMCG, Finance, Manufacturing, Media, Banking, Automotive industries, as well as been a University Teacher in China teaching ESL (English as Second Language) and Soft Skills to graduate and post graduate students.As a facilitator, her key strengths are empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential in each sphere of their lives. She digs deep into the inherent spark each individual has and facilitates them to reconnect with their innermost motivators.
