As President of TicketsWest, specific duties, responsibilities, and measures of success include- Executive-level management of 90+ employees across 4 physical offices (Spokane, Portland, Denver, Atlanta)- Development and management of all departmental revenue and operating expense budgets, inclusive of the evaluation and interpretation of monthly profit & loss statements, operating income figures, labor expenses, capex expenditures and depreciation, and overall EBITDA performance- Management of all new business initiatives inclusive of RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, onsite and remote presentations, offer compilations, ROI creation and evaluation, finance team review and approvals, legal counsel review and red line management, competitive bid and sole source process management, and finalization of contracts with client procurement/purchasing departments- Responsible for client retention, annual revenues as they related to Long Range Planning (LRP), and annual customer churn rates- Actively managed the evaluation, assignment, integration, and overall acquisition of an 18 client portfolio asset sale- Reshaped and restructured existing departmental org chart to restate job descriptions and create new verticals within the organization- Oversight, evaluation, negotiation and renegotiation of multiple vendor contracts, inclusive of IT/networking, call center providers, shipping/postal partners, media partners and advertising agreements, third-party sellers/distributors, and various other suppliers.
