ABOUT DUSTY H.

Dusty has been working in property management since 2020, earning his Real Estate License in 2023. He has worked for two companies, Wimmer Communities and RMK Management. At Wimmer, he served as a leasing agent at Falcon Glen and The Orchard (400 units combined). Later, he transitioned to RMK Management as a leasing agent at 42 Hundred on the Lake (236 units). After 10 months in that role, he was promoted to Assistant Property Manager of 42 Hundred, and just over a year later, he became the Property Manager, overseeing the lease-up of 2929 On Mayfair. Dusty’s versatility has been evident in his time at RMK Management, contributing to the Social Media Committee and helping with leasing and management efforts across other properties. He assisted with the lease-up at Elevate in Madison, traveling twice a week to support the team. Currently, Dusty manages all social media accounts for 2929 On Mayfair, crafting consistent and creative posts that have been praised company-wide. His efforts led to an invitation to serve on the Social Media Committee in 2023. At 42 Hundred, Dusty helped achieve the fastest lease-up in RMK Management history in 2021, and the property received the \"Outstanding Amenities of the Year\" award from AOMA. 42 Hundred was also recognized by Multi-Housing News, Forbes, and The Daily Reporter. In 2024, 2929 On Mayfair nearly matched the record lease-up time and is nominated for multiple awards. Additionally, in 2023, 2024, and 2025, 2929 On Mayfair won the \'Most Creative Social Media Engagement\' award. With a diverse background, Dusty’s career has shaped him into an organized, hardworking professional with strong customer service skills. His experiences range from serving as a Resident Assistant at UW-Whitewater to working as an adoption counselor at the Wisconsin Humane Society. Dusty is proficient in Yardi Voyager, Rentcafé, Microsoft Office Suite, Facebook Business Suite, Adobe applications, and more.
