   As a Manager at IAH Airport for OTG; I’m responsible for all day-to-day concept operations in multiple units and the training of newly hired assistant managers and crew members to achieve operational excellence. This includes Front of the House, Back of the House staffing, development and training, food quality presentation, guest services, and the maintenance of all policies and procedures in the restaurant and retail markets.
