We have a patented process of using an injection molding technology that shapes foamed paper into a solid, scratch-free packaging material. We design and produce packaging with extremely low carbon footprints. We design custom packaging solutions using Paperfoam for various industries such as consumer electronics, medical devices, cosmetics and spirits. Paperfoam is produced in our own factories in the USA, Europe, Asia and Mexico with a patented injection molding process.
