I have been a commercial construction Project Manager for approximately 12-years. Prior to being a Project Manager, I worked as a Designer and Project Estimator. These roles were performed on design/build, fixed-price, IDIQ, SLA and MOA contracts for projects that were federally funded and privately owned. The territories I have worked in include PA, SC, NC, FL, MD, CT, NJ and DE. The types of projects I’ve worked on have included airports, commercial office spaces, retail, ecclesiastical, institutional, residential, water infrastructure, commercial service centers, pre-engineered metal buildings, schools, industrial, commercial solar rooftop and ground-mount utility solar. I enjoy working with teams of professionals to reach overall project goals.
