Chair of the Textron Operational Technology Working Group (OT WG) comprised of Team members representing IT MFG, Security, and Infrastructure across our Textron Business Units (Aviation, Bell, Kautex, Systems, TIS - Textron Information Services and TSV - Textron Specialized Vehicles).Our OTWG governs the strategic management, security, and physical oversight of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and processes at our Business Units.Responsibilities of our Team include- Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define the long-term OT roadmap, including modernization of legacy control systems (SCADA, PLCs, DCS), integration of emerging technologies like Industrial IoT (IIoT)- System Oversight & Governance: Establish and enforce policies for system reliability, performance, and configuration management-OT Cybersecurity Leadership: Implement security frameworks to protect critical infrastructure from cyber threats while maintaining 24/7 availability- Vendor & Project Management: Manage external partners, system integrators, and service providers regarding the delivery of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) Protection Platforms- IT/OT Convergence Management: Lead the collaboration between IT and OT to align digital infrastructure with physical operational goals- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Quarterly Reporting to our Information Management Council (IMC) and TXT Board of Directors, as our BU Leads liaise with Business Unit Leadership to ensure alignment on IT/OT initiatives
