As a Technology Director at Work & Co, I specialize in being a hands-on developer and leader who guides multidisciplinary teams in turning visions into scalable web and app solutions. My expertise lies in leveraging both established frameworks like React, Svelte, and Vue, as well as emerging technologies such as Web3, Blockchain, AI, and ML, to build applications from prototype to production.With a diverse portfolio that spans multiple industries—including medicine, automobiles, communications, retail, sports, and fashion—I\'ve had the privilege to collaborate with high-profile clients like Microsoft, Google, Apple, Accenture, TikTok, Netflix and Nasdaq. Which has enriched me with a deep understanding of how to tailor solutions that maximize business impact across a variety of use cases and customer profiles.Last year, I expanded my skill set to include blockchain technologies, completing a 4-month bootcamp and building Web3 applications in Solidity. More recently I’ve been applying AI to various problems and opportunities exploring a variety of prompt engineering, retrieval augmentation (RAG), agent orchestration, and fine-tuning techniques. I am proficient in Python and Javascript (React, Svelte, Vue), which have been foundational in crafting prototypes and solutions that can be built on and scaled to in production.I bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to the table. In a previous life, I was a professional actor and filmmaker, and I hold a BS in Biochemistry as well as a patent for a medical device targeting macular degeneration. This diverse background enables me to serve as a technical thought partner who can navigate complex projects and programs, manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, and contribute valuable insights to product and research teams.I am excited about the potential for artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve some of the world\'s most challenging problems and am eager to contribute to the future.
