About Anthony Dustin Rollins

I am a human centered and inclusive culture researcher and designer focused on intersectional research in academic and applied settings that include social science topics (LGBTQ health, Sexualities, Race, and Gender) as well as User Experience (UX) topics (Website design, Time Studies, Usability Studies, Product Design, etc.). I am a highly trained qualitative and mixed-methods social researcher. I center learning and marginalized communities in all of my work. I have particular interest in employee experience, user experience, learning design, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation. I seek to individually contribute and lead groups to make the world a more equitable, just place through relationship-building, equity-driven, outcomes focused user experience, work, and an organizational culture that inspires people to bring their best self to their work and passion(s) each and every day. Additionally, I am an experienced, senior Higher Education Administrator with deep experience in Housing & Residential Education/Experience at the college and university level. I am human-centered, relationship driven, and have a dedication to using equitable research and assessment data to improve the college experience for students, staff and faculty. I have additional experience in orientation, enrollment management, crisis management, student care, student conduct, retention and persistence, fraternity and sorority life, and student group advising.I have extensive prioject management and co-curricular and curricular learning design for students and adults. I have designed training, development, and curriculum for workplaces and organizations that are based on current and future needs. I have also led strategic planning, program review and evaluation, and organizational restructures/change management with success. I am looking for opportunities in user and academic research, higher education, and nonprofit areas that are geared toward understanding user experiences, human centered design, Diversity & Equity Work, Traning and Development, and teaching/faculty. I have skills and training in NVIVO, MAXQDA, SPSS, STATA, and basic R. Qualitatively I specialize in ethnography, phenomenology, and narrative analysis. Open to opportuinities that are on-site and remote; in the United States and abroad.
